The Challenge
Reliance Partners had redesigned its website in 2016, but the visual experience no longer reflected the energy, growth, or personality of the organization. The site communicated the company’s services, but the design felt conventional and did not clearly distinguish Reliance from other insurance providers.
The new website needed to reinforce the firm’s transportation expertise, better represent its vibrant company culture, and create clearer pathways for prospective customers to explore coverage options and request a quote.
What We Did
We created a bold, contemporary website centered around the movement and scale of the transportation industry. Dramatic aerial photography established a strong visual theme, while concise messaging and clearly organized content helped communicate Reliance’s expertise across trucking, logistics, commercial, and personal insurance solutions.
Prominent calls-to-action and visual cues were integrated throughout the experience to guide users toward the quote request form and other important conversion points. The custom WordPress theme also provided a flexible platform for managing insurance solutions, company information, careers, resources, and thought-leadership content.
